Klusup.nl werkt uitsluitend met ervaren tuin-, klusjes-, timmermannen en loodgieters. Voor de 17,9 miljoen inwoners uit Nederland voeren we graag diverse (tuin)klussen uit. Denk hierbij aan schilderwerk, vloeren leggen, montage werkzaamheden, klemmende deuren verhelpen, overkapping maken, verstopppingen verhelpen, kraan verwisselen, tuinonderhoud en struiken snoeien.

"Hello. I am very disappointed by your service today. First of all, the “handyman” that came brought another person with him in order to help him. None of them knew how to speak English so communication with me was impossible. Also, both of them, didn’t know their job. They were always talking with each other and they were working so slow, for example in the first 30 minutes of their service were just reading the paper with the model of the furniture. Not only that, but they also harmed my bed, I can show you pictures if you would like. The original handyman was not understanding at all the model, so mainly I was working together with the person that he brought. One another thing, when he came , he showed me a picture which was describing the time fee which, as I saw from the screen of his phone , was 40€/hour, despite the fact that when I talked with you on the phone you told me that it will be 55€/hour. So I believed him and that was the reason That I let him work 1 more hour that the expected. In the end, I got charged for 55€/hour and when I asked him why is that , he told me 40€ is for him and 15 is for the company, but he told me that when he finished. And when I told him that, at start , he only told me 40€/hour he called me liar. In the end , I payed 207€ and not 145€ Which was the price I was expecting with the 40€/hour charge. Not only that, I told him that I am not going to pay and I will call you to find a solution tomorrow(because it was night and you were closed). He told me that if I was not about to pay today, because regarding to what he told me, You (the company) would charge me even more for the time delay. And he was 100% sure about that . That’s why At last I payed , although I instantly regretted that. Again I am really disappointed, your service overall was inappropriate, unprofessional and unpleasant. If there was an option 0/5 stars, that would be my choice."
